The British singer-songwriter Jessie J (actually Jessica Ellen Cornish) was born on 03/27/1988 in Redbridge (Essex, UK) the light of day. She graduated from the BRIT School and published in 2011 their first studio album.
Jessie J began her stage career at the tender age of eleven, when she in Musical Whistle Down the Wind participated in the West End. At 16, she enrolled to study at the prestigious BRIT School, a, a year later, she joined the girl group Soul Deep at. However, from their first record deal with Gut Records could not benefit, since the label filed for bankruptcy before a possible publication.
Health problems threw Jessie J back temporarily. At 18, she suffered a mild stroke, from which they but quickly recovered. In 2008, she went with Cyndi Lauper on tour of Britain. As a result, Jessie J signed with Sony a contract as a songwriter and wrote, among other things for Alicia Keys, Chris Brown, Christina Aguilera, Justin Timberlake, Lisa Lois and Miley Cyrus. The second single "Price Tag" which she recorded with B.o.B, published in February 2011 and sat down straight away to the top of the charts. The album came out on 28.02.2011 in the British record stores and has been decorated in a short time with platinum.
2011 won Jessie J the Critics' Prize at the BRIT Awards and the poll BBC Sound of 2011. In May captured her single "Price Tag", the German single charts. She succeeded in the following years repeatedly, including with the hits "Wild" (2013), "Bang Bang" and "Masterpiece" (both 2014) and "Flash Light" (2015).
