Kardinal Offishall

The rapper Kardinal Offishall was born on 05/11/1976 in Scarborough (Ontario, Canada) and has Jamaican ancestry. From a young age, with about eight, he devoted himself to the hip-hop. The first part of his stage name should be an allusion to the French politician Cardinal Richelieu. Offishall is often referred to as Canada's hip-hop ambassador.
